Hi, my name is Kati, a coffee lover with no venture capital, no fancy office, and no team of consultants, just a deep eagerness and determination to create the best instant decaf coffee. My goal is simple: to make a cup that anyone can enjoy anytime, anywhere, without compromise.
The Fancycuppa Story
It all began one evening at a dinner party...
The food was amazing, I was full and happy. Then came the offer of coffee. I craved a cup but said no, knowing it would ruin my sleep. Instead, I settled for water. Not a big deal, but it felt like something was missing.
"what if I could bring my own decaf coffee, so the day would feel complete?"
... and that little thought was what sparked the start of my entrepreneurial journey.
Why Instant Decaf?
For far too long, decaf has been treated as an afterthought. Coffee shops rarely prioritize it, grocery store carry limited options, and many venues don’t even offer it at all.
To be honest, not everyone has the time or the machine to grind, brew, and clean up after. Yet the instant decaf coffee found in stores either tasted disappointing or was loaded with artificial additives our bodies don’t need. I couldn’t wrap my head around why there wasn’t an instant decaf option that was both clean and just as tasty as regular coffee. So I decided to create it myself.

Our coffee is naturally decaffeinated to preserve full-bodied flavour, without any harsh chemicals typically used in other decaf coffee.
We partner with local roasters and roast in small batches to bring out the coffee's true essence, then freeze-dry instantly to lock in the taste.

We select only the best roasters who roast with a low carbon footprint so we’re kind to both people and Mother Earth.

We package using top-grade recyclable materials that keep coffee fresh while minimizing waste.
